Policies
Enrollment in The Treehouse ALC indicates participation in the school’s full educational program.
The school serves as the student’s primary educational provider and is not designed as a drop-in enrichment program or supplemental class provider.
In the case of excessive absences, a meeting will be called between student, parents and School Director to determine an action plan. If absences continue, the school reserves the right to recommend official withdrawal. Refunds for withdrawal will follow the pro-rate schedule outlined in the tuition disclosure below. Students using the UFA Scholarship for tuition will be reported to UFA program managers as withdrawn within five business days of this decision. Any refund will be given directly to UFA program managers. No refund will be exchanged with parents.

The Treehouse ALC complies with applicable federal nondiscrimination laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin.
UFA Compliance Statements
The Treehouse ALC attests that:

Scholarship students are not charged different tuition amounts or subject to different refund terms than other students enrolled in the same program.

Families are not required to waive a student’s right to transfer to another qualifying provider.

The school reports student withdrawals to Odyssey within five business days.

Refunds for ESA-funded students are remitted directly to Odyssey according to school policy.
