Foundations for Curious Learners
Students build core academic skills through teacher-guided projects, creative exploration, collaboration, play, and hands-on learning. This group focuses on developing independence, communication, teamwork, and the foundational skills needed for project-based learning.

Deepening Skills & Leadership
Students engage in longer-term teacher-guided projects that strengthen sustained focus, problem-solving, collaboration, and real-world application. Learners develop skills in brainstorming, feedback, revision, leadership, and managing increasingly complex work independently and as part of a team.
Our digital goal-setting and project management platform allows students to continue projects, research, iteration and reflection between in-person days, seamlessly connecting all of the child's learning spaces. However, attendance and participation in the the three instructional days are required for continued enrollment, and parents are not expected to facilitate school activities at home.

We generally follow the Washington County School District calendar with a few alterations as seen below:
September 4, 2026: Back to School Party
September 8, 2026: School starts
October 8, 2026: No school (Fall Break)
October 30, 2026: Showcase Friday 1 and Halloween Party
November 25-30, 2026: No school (Thanksgiving Break)
December 18, 2026: Showcase Friday 2 and Christmas Party
December 21-January 4: No School (Winter Break)
February 12, 2027: Showcase Friday 3 and Valentine Exchange
March 8-12, 2027: No School (Spring Break)
April 2, 2027: Showcase Friday 4
May 14, 2027: Showcase Friday 5
May 20, 2027: Last day of school
May 21, 2027: End of Year Party
